Located in the heart of the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood, Keely’s Gym is a place to discover how you want to grow old with your body. What do you want to do? How do you want to feel? How can we, together, build a program that is going to sustain you for years to come?
Think about what you need, personally. It may change day-to-day or week-to-week and it may not. Are you in perimenopause? Are you a busy mom noticing areas of weakness that you’d like to improve? Are you struggling with sleep, water intake, or with prioritizing yourself? Do you run on your own but want to incorporate some strength training? Do you strength train but would love to know how to challenge your cardiovascular system? Are you feeling really tight and want to focus on flexibility? Do you dream of feeling a certain way or doing a certain thing? Take a moment to listen to your body and then let’s plan together.

Keely’s goal is to help you build a strong, agile body that will help carry you through your years. One-on-one personal training is individually-focused training with the direction and goals determined by the client and Keely. Included is weekly wellness plans.

Menopause Transition Classes: Keely is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist certified through Girls Gone Strong! In these classes, my hope is that you take the 3 Strength Training Classes offered a week in a small group setting! Make sure to discuss with Keely the symptoms you are experiencing. Also, Keely will help you figure out things you can do on your own and outside of classes. This is a trial class and if it is well-attended I will keep it in the schedule!

Maybe you just want a quick workout because your schedule is packed. I have workouts designed for 20 min upper body, lower body, and total-body drop-ins.

Small Group &/or Partner Training is a great way to exercise and socialize! Weekly fitness plans are also included.

Ultrarunning Coaching: Keely is certified through UESCA’s Ultrarunning program and Jason Karp’s Revolution Running program. Road running is very different than trail running, especially ultrarunning. However, both include a great deal of planning and specificity. Every running + strength plan is different from person to person, but we will work together to keep you strong and healthy for your goals.
